in a pickle
In order to take medical leave, I have to be sick enough to miss 5 days of work. I need Monday, and thursday off to take care of my child. I have someone for Friday Saturday and Sunday, and I am off on tuesday and wed, so I only need 2 days, that I can’t take with out getting fired. I have medical documentation out the wazoo, but even with fmla.. I can’t take the time I need.
