Fractional Ownership
It really is too expensive at this time to buy a vacation property and that is why fractional ownership is such a great alternative to buying property for vacations. With gas prices on the rise it would be hard to vacation more than once a year anyways! I would like to get into a fractional ownership so that I could have a destination to go to every year to get away from regular and boring city life.
