Lost is getting better and better. Sayid just ratted out Michael, to the captain of the boat. Alex’s mom and boyfriend got shot. I am really glued to the end of my seat. I am falling in love with Lost all over again. I am so so glad it is back on the air! I love this show.

This year I get two birthdays. One on Easter Sunday, and one on the day I was born. You see.. I was born on Easter Sunday, so my family always celebrates my birthday on easter, and If I am lucky enough that my birthday is far enough away from easter, I get two birthdays. Its awesome!

I am watching a documentary about the Mona Lisa. They are trying to find the secret behind her smile. Its odd, they are testing to see the mood of Mona Lisa by analysing her smile with computer software. It is absolutely amazing that we are able to do this. I wish it were possible to get all of the answers to the many questions about the Mona Lisa.
There are a lot of people now going under the knife for various elective surgeries. Things that make life easier. Things for cosmetic reasons, things to look better, feel better, and live better. Cosmetic surgery used to be frowned upon but now people understand the benefits of it. There are so many advances in surgical technology it is mind boggling. There are surgeries performed with micro tools, that leave scars that you can’t even see. There are operations that you can have with out even having an incision they go in through your mouth, and the recovery time is minimal. Especially with urogynecology, there is very little downtime at all!
I am running out of movies to watch. I have been through most of the ones on video on demand. I have seen several good ones this weekend. They gave me lots of things to think about, reflect on, life lessons. It’s nice when a story leaves you feeling that way.
When I was in scouts, we went on a camping trip in the mountains. My scout master had an accident that broke both of his legs, and he had to be air lifted off of the mountain. We were all terrified, but the air ambulance staff made sure that we were all alright, and that we knew he was going to be alright as well. I think about those guys a lot, and about how they rescued us in our time of need. It is a great relief to have people like those EMT’s who are dedicated to saving lives in the most dire of situations.
