I have an exam tomorrow that I really should be studying for. I can’t focus though. I have a mile long list of things I need to do, which doesn’t include blogging ha ha but I look at the list and I guess I get overwhelmed. I wish it were easier to focus. It feels like being 5 in a room full of toys and not knowing which one to play with first.

I have an uncle who is slightly deaf. It can be really funny at times. Not the fact that hes deaf, but the fact that when hes asleep you can literally bang pots and pans by his head and he will sleep right through it. My 1 year old was doing just that last night. Uncle Pete found out this morning and thought it was pretty funny himself.

I wish that there were a good home remedy for allergies. They can really drive you bonkers. The runny nose, the itchy eyes, the headaches. It’s quite frustrating. Whats even more frustrating is if you take medicine to do something about it, it usually makes you sleepy. That, or you spend your day walking around feeling like your head is in the clouds. Allergies are so irritating!

I treated myself to my favorite meal today. I had grilled shrimp from Prejeans Cajun Restuarant. I was in hog heaven for a bit there. I love love LOVE their grilled shrimp with butter sauce.  It cost a bit, because I took my nephew and my son with me, but we had fun, and it was really good, thats all that matters. I wish shrimp weren’t such a costly food. Seafood is very good for you, it has lots of omega 3 fatty acids which your brain needs to thrive!

I was running late, and I missed two of my classes. My alarm clock didn’t go off. By the time I was showered and dressed, it was half way through my first class. By the time I actually got there, it was half way through the second one. I was able to get my class work, and I didn’t miss anything I can’t make up. Still though, its easier to learn things if you have someone going over them. That way when you read over them on your own, it’s a review and not learning it for the first time.
